Four people, one team.
Wealth Health is a small firm by design. Craig and Fiona started it in 2014 out of their kitchen in Papamoa. Caro and Jared joined as the book grew. Tiggy supervises.
TL;DR
Most NZ advice firms either stay solo (which scales badly) or grow into franchises (which dilutes the advice). Wealth Health has tried to land in the middle: small enough that Craig still personally knows every client family, large enough that someone always picks up the phone. The four people on this page do four different jobs, all of them client-facing.
Names and roles.
Craig Coupland
Started Wealth Health in 2014 after 14 years at ANZ and BNZ, the last seven as a BNZ Private Banker. Certified Financial Planner. Does the heavy lifting on mortgages, KiwiSaver, insurance and investment advice across the whole client book.

Co-founded the firm with Craig in 2014. Runs the human side of the practice: client communications, branding, the website, the social side, and quietly ensures the firm keeps sounding like itself. Author of the firm's tagline: "we're just normal people who want to help other normal people."

Caro runs client services and is usually the first voice on the phone when an existing client calls. Manages the implementation side of advice: applications, lender liaison, insurer follow-up, KiwiSaver paperwork, the unglamorous detail that makes the advice actually happen.

Jared joined the firm as the book grew past what one adviser could carry. Works under the same FAP licence as Craig and follows the same advice methodology. Picks up new client conversations, particularly first-home buyer and younger working-household work.

The actual reason a fair number of clients prefer to come in for meetings rather than do them over the phone. Tiggy is the family labrador, in the office most days, supervising from a strategic position near the biscuit drawer. Not registered with the FMA.
Best in showWhy this size, not bigger.
The financial advice industry in New Zealand has two natural shapes. Solo advisers, where one person carries the whole book and the work falls over the moment that one person is unavailable. And franchises or aggregator networks, where the brand on the door is national and the relationship gets diluted by the time it reaches the client.
Wealth Health has stayed deliberately in between. Two qualified advisers (Craig and Jared) under one FAP licence. One client services lead (Caro) who owns the implementation work. One co-founder (Fiona) who owns the human-side of the firm and keeps the communications honest. And one labrador, who keeps morale up.
The size means Craig still knows every client family by name. It also means the firm doesn't go to voicemail when one person is away. Most importantly, it means the advice that goes out the door has been through more than one set of eyes, because that's how we catch the things that matter most at claim time.
Small firm, long history.

Most first conversations are with Craig. If you've got a specific implementation question, Caro is usually the right call. If you're a younger working household, Jared often picks up. Whoever you talk to, it's the same advice.
