Terms of service.
The rules of the road for using the Wealth Health website, booking a meeting with Craig, and using our online tools (Quote-Fit, HealthCheck, AI chat). For the rules around regulated financial advice, see the disclosure document.
What's in these terms
1. Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to anyone who visits the Wealth Health website (wealthhealth.co.nz), reads our content, books a meeting through our online tools, or interacts with our AI chat assistant. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
"Wealth Health", "we", "us" and "our" refers to Wealth Health Limited, FAP licence FSP 523606. "You" refers to the person visiting or using the site.
2. The site is not advice
This is the most important section. Everything on this website is general information, not regulated financial advice. That includes:
- Articles and blog posts under the Insights and OCR Watch sections
- Service pages describing mortgages, KiwiSaver, insurance and planning
- FAQs, testimonials and case studies
- Output from the Quote-Fit tool, the HealthCheck quiz, the mortgage rate estimator and any other calculator on the site
- Conversations with our AI chat assistant
You should not make a financial decision based on anything published on this site without first getting personalised regulated advice from a licensed financial adviser. Wealth Health provides personalised regulated advice through a separate process that begins with a booked meeting and is governed by the disclosure document and a written letter of engagement.
3. Tools and calculators
The site includes several free tools (Quote-Fit, HealthCheck, the mortgage rate estimator and similar). These are illustrative only:
- They use generic assumptions, not your specific circumstances.
- The numbers they produce are educated estimates, not quotes.
- Real lender, insurer or KiwiSaver provider numbers will differ from tool output.
- We are not liable for any decision you make based on tool output alone.
If a tool's output is useful, it should be the start of a conversation with a licensed adviser, not the end of one.
4. AI chat assistant
The chat widget in the bottom right of every page is an AI assistant trained on our published content. It is provided as a convenience to help you find information on the site. Specifically:
- The assistant is not Craig and is not a regulated financial adviser.
- The assistant does not give personalised regulated financial advice and will redirect any such request to a booked meeting with Craig.
- Conversations with the assistant may be logged for quality and training purposes. Do not share information you would not want recorded (passwords, full bank details, ID document numbers).
- The assistant occasionally makes mistakes. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI chat output alone.
- If your question is urgent or sensitive, please book a meeting directly with Craig instead.
5. Bookings and meetings
When you book a meeting through the site, you are booking an initial fifteen to twenty minute conversation with Craig (or another authorised Wealth Health adviser). The booking creates no obligation on either side beyond attending the meeting. There is no fee for the first meeting.
If you cannot attend, please cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice through the booking link in your confirmation email, or by emailing us through the contact form. We respect your time and ask that you respect ours.
6. Content and intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, images, design, calculators, code and the wealthhealth wordmark, is owned by Wealth Health Limited or licensed to us. You may:
- Read, save, print and share individual pages for your personal use
- Quote short extracts (a paragraph or two) in non-commercial contexts with attribution and a link back
You may not:
- Republish whole pages or substantial sections of the site on another website without our written permission
- Use the wealthhealth name or logo in any way that implies endorsement, affiliation or partnership
- Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content for commercial use, including the training of AI models, without our written permission
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to do anything illegal, harmful or abusive. In particular, you agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers, or any database connected to it
- Use automated tools to send large volumes of traffic, queries or booking attempts
- Submit false or misleading information through any form on the site
- Use the site to harass, threaten or impersonate any person
We reserve the right to block any visitor who violates these terms, and to report serious breaches to NZ Police where appropriate.
8. Liability and disclaimers
We work hard to make this site accurate, useful and available. To the extent permitted by NZ law:
- We give no warranty that the site will be free of errors, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.
- We are not liable for any loss (financial, reputational or otherwise) caused by reliance on general information published on the site, or on output from any tool or AI assistant on the site.
- Where you have engaged Wealth Health for personalised regulated advice, our liability for that advice is governed by the engagement letter and the disclosure document, not by these site terms.
- Where you are a consumer for the purposes of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986, nothing in these terms limits rights you have under those Acts.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add new tools to the site or when the law changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by discussion will be resolved in the New Zealand courts. For complaints about regulated financial advice (not these site terms), see the complaints and dispute resolution sections of the disclosure document.
